Jimmy and Allison have been living in the Northern Nevada region for the past 16 years, having previously resided in the Central Valley and Foothills of California. They are proud parents of four children and successfully run three businesses.

Allison is a well-established Realtor with over 20 years of sales experience in Northern Nevada. She is passionate about helping clients with all their real estate needs. Meanwhile, when not on the field, Jimmy manages a reputable home repair company.

Together, they have built a business known for trust and dedication to their clients, offering comprehensive real estate services under the name Pimentel Companies of True Real Estate.

Jimmy and Allison's love for softball blossomed as their three daughters immersed themselves in the sport. Allison soon recognized a gap between simply being on a team and thriving to showcase skills at the next level, all while maintaining a strong team and family bond.

With over 20 years of knowledge in the sport, Jimmy connects with young athletes in a way that balances toughness with the necessary support. Together, they have created an organization that stands out for its unique approach to nurturing talent and fostering a sense of community like no other.
