12U Assistant Coach

Zack Davis is married to Lenna, and they have three daughters: Addison, Avery, and Kinley. The family has built a small farm in Susanville, California, where Zack has become a key figure in the community. In addition to managing the daily operations of local grocery chains, he serves as a regional director for several large grocery stores. His leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks and support others, have naturally led him to a passion for coaching.

Zack fell in love with the game of baseball through his father, who shared stories of his high school and college baseball days. Some of Zack's fondest memories are of watching baseball with his father. Originally from Oroville, California, Zack has embraced his love for the sport by coaching all three of his daughters. He has progressed from coaching 8U, to 10U, and now 12U competitive travel teams.

Zack's coaching philosophy focuses on pushing young athletes to become the best versions of themselves. He believes that true growth comes from overcoming personal barriers, even when it feels uncomfortable. He is dedicated to building confidence in his athletes by fostering relationships based on integrity, honesty, compassion, excellence, respect, and trust. Zack hopes to teach his young athletes that by working extremely hard, holding themselves accountable, and being great teammates who support each other regardless of the results, they can achieve anything they desire in life. The ability to know they always gave their very best on and off the field is the foundation for success.
